Abstract: The new part of the regulations governs the grazing of livestock on the Navajo Partitioned Lands, Navajo-Hopi Former Joint Use Area; additionally, these regulations will conserve the range- lands of the Navajo Partitioned Lands to maximize future use of the land for grazing and other purposes. The partitioning and resulting regulations are a result of a number of court cases.
