Abstract: Part of the GPRA mandated evaluation of SBA's business counseling and training programs and the SBA's Strategic plan for examining the impact of services on nascent, start-up and in business clients. The survey will measure effects of counseling, training and information transfer on the respondent's evaluation of the effectiveness, usefulness, and relevancy of the services provided and whether these services/actions lead to the creation of jobs and increase in business start-ups and gross revenue.
