Abstract: ETA Form 9042a, Petition for Trade Adjustment Assistance, and its Spanish translation, ETA Form 9042a-1, Solicitude De Asistencia Para Ajuste, establish a format that may be used for petitioning for a certification of eligibility to apply for worker adjustment assistance.
