Abstract: FERC uses the information collected for Form 121 to implement the statutory provisions of Sections 107 & 503 of the Natural Gas Policy Act (NGPA). Form 121 is completed by natural gas producers as an application for obtaining a well determi- nation from jurisdictional agencies for certain categories of high cost gas.
