The respondents to the information
collection are owners or operators of facilities subject to the
stationary reciprocating internal combustion engine NESHAP. The
information is requested by the agency to determine compliance with
the rule. The infor- mation will then be used by enforcement
agencies to verify that sources subject to the standard are meeting
the emission reduc- tions mandated by the Clean Air Act.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
