Respondents are owners or operators CISWI units. All respondents would read the rule and are required to prepare a control plan and waste management plan to be kept on-site. The informaiton will be used to ensure that the emission guidelines for commer- ical and industrial solid waste incineration units are being achieved on a continuous basis. Initial, semiannual, and annual compliance reports are required.
