Abstract: The Federal Commuinications Commission ("Commission") is developing anew FCC Form 420-1B to facilitate the Commission's goal to implement electronic filing of the form and to accommodate any changes to the form in the future. International broadcasters will file the FCC Form 420-1B in lieu of the "Application for Authority to Construct or Make Changes in an International, Experimental Television, Experimental Facsimile, or a Developmental Broadcast Station" (FCC Form 309).
