Abstract: This rule provides guidance for States regarding the Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant legislation. The rule specifies the content of the States' annual reports on and application for block grant funds; these forms are approved separately under OMB control numbers 0930-0080 and 0930-0222. The rule also specifies recordkeeping requirements for States, which are approved in this package along with the information collection language in the rule.
