Abstract: DOE needs this information to establish a baseline of knowledge and opinions concerning hydrogen and fuelcell technologies and the hydrogen economy within four target populations: (1) general public, (2) students and educators, (3) state and local govern- ments, and (4) potential large users of hydrogen technologies. This information will be used to formulate an overall education plan for hydrogen technologies.
