Abstract: USEPA is promulgating the Existing Facility Rule (Phase II) under Section 316(b) of the Clean Water Act, 33 USC Section 11326(b). The information requested will be included in permit applications and will be used by a permitting authority to assess the facility -level compliance with the requirements of the rule.
