EPA is seeking permission to require submission of data on a quarterly and annual basis from regulated industries and to require recordkeeping activities in conjunction with a proposed action to create an exemption to the phaseout of methyl bromide for critical uses. This requests amends an existing ICR. EPA is seeking this information in order to ensure compliance with the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, the treaty which protects the ozone layer.
