NOAA Fisheries is proposing management
measures that would require all dealers federally permitted under
648.7 to complete and submit all sections of the Annual Processed
Products Report. Under the current regulations, only dealers
processing Atlantic mackerel, squid, butterfish, Atlantic sea
scallop, Northeast multispecies, monkfish, summer flounder, scup,
black sea bass, Atlantic bluefish, spiny dogfish, Atlantic herring,
Atlantic deep-sea red crab, tilefish or skate are required to
complete and submit all sections of Form 88-13.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
