The NESHAP-MACT subpart N rule was
proposed on December 16, 1993 and promulgated on January 25, 1995.
This rule applies to sources performing hard chromium
electroplating, decorative chromium electroplating, and chromium
anodizing. The affected source is each chromium electroplating or
chromium anodizing tank.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
