Abstract: The proposed rule would require a one-time submittal for specialty boards to be recognized by NRC, require new board- certified individuals to obtain preceptor statements, and require that licenses submit these preceptor statements to NRC with their application or amendment requests to ensure that authorized individuals are properly qualified.
