Abstract: Implementing our regulations and monitoring the treatment options provided often requires us to collect information from a variety of individuals who are involved in growing, packing, handling, transporting, and exporting plants and plant products. The information we collect serves as the supporting documentation for issuing PPQ forms and documents required to authorize release of restricted products, and allow movement of regulated products. This information is vital to helping ensure injurious plant diseases and insect pests are not imported and do not spread into or within the United States.
