Abstract: The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration requires additional information to establish the eligibility of the GOA Nonprofits to hold QS, monitor the participation of the eligible communities in this program, gather information on the distribution of QS and Individual Fishing Quota (IFQ) among these communities, and receive an annual report on the ability of this program to meet the goals envisioned by the Council.
