Abstract: This project will collect information regarded as missed or delayed by newborn screening. We will assess the number of cases of each disorder missed, reasons for the missed diagnosis, health outcome (if available), and identify any possible legal outcomes. We hope to use the information to creaft changes in screening protocols that will make the process more organized, efficient, and less likely to fail a child.
