Abstract: Under Financial Rule RM03-8-000, FERC is revising its regulations to establish quarterly financial reporting for jurisdictional companies. The information contained in the quarterly financial reports will identify the economics effects of significant trans- actions and events, allow staff to evaluate the adequacy of existing cost-based rates, and aid in the development of needed changes to existing regulatory initiatives.
