FERC is proposing to amend its
reuglations to require interstate natural gas pipelines to follow
standardized procedures for determining the creditworthiness of
their shippers. The proposed regulations are intended to promote
consistent practices among interstate pipelines and to provide
shippers with an objective and transparent creditworthiness
evaluation.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
