This standard applies to owners and operators of printing and publishing industry. The provision of this subpart applies to publication rotogravure, product and packaging rotogravure, or wide-web flexographic printing presses located at major sources of hazardous air pollutants (HAP). Respondents are required to submit reports, perform recordkeeping activities and maintain records of specific requirements needed by EPA to determine if compliance has been achieved in accordance with 40 CFR Part 63, Subpart KK.
