Abstract: The information required by Sections 101.527 and 101.529 is used to determine whether a renewal applicant of a 24 GHz Service system has complied with the requirement to provide substantial service by the end of the ten-year initial license term. The FCC uses the information to determine whether an applicants license will be renewed at the end of the license period.
