Abstract: Many countries that import animal products from the US require a certification that theUS is free of certain diseases. These countries may also require that our certification statement contain additional declaration regarding the US animal products being exported. This certification muset generally carry the USDA seal and be endorsed by a Federal or accredited vet. VS Form 16-4, Health Certificate-Export Certificate-Animal Products, can be used to meet these requirements.
