Abstract: This formation collection request (ICR) renewal pertains to EPA's Facility Response Plan (FRP) requirements as codified in 40 CFR 1120.20 and 112.21. This regulation implements requirements mandated by the Oil Pollution Act (OPA) of 1990. Facilities subject to the FRP rule are a subset of the facilities regulated by the EPA's Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) rule.
