Terms of Clearance: The Department of Education will issue guidance to schools on what aggregate data must be reported in terms of race and ethnicity. The next submission of this package will reflect changes to the race/ethnicity categories, as approved by OMB. Abstract: This package provides instructions and forms necessary for States to report, by race and ethnicity, the number of infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families receiving different types of Part C services, and the number of personnel employed and contracted to provide services for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families. Data are obtained from state and local service agencies and are used to assess and monitor the implementation of IDEA and for Congressional reporting.
