Abstract: This submission requests approval of a data collection for an evaluation of the Improving Literacy through School Libraries-LSL LSL, established under the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB is designed to improve the literacy skills and academic achieve- ment of students by providing them with access to up-to-date school library materials, technologically advanced school library media centers, and professionally certified schoollibrary media specialists.
