Abstract: Application for HUD's Affordable Communities Award, a new non-monetary award, to be presented on annually, to acknowledge and honor those communities at the forefront in expanding affordable housing opportunities by reducing regulatory barries and creating an environment supportive of the construction and rehabilitation of affordable housing. This award was designed and developed as part of HUD's Affordable Communities Initiative.
