Abstract: This revenue procedure provides taxpayers who must disclose under Sec. 1.6011-4 of the Income Tax Regulations transactions that are reportable transactions due to a large book-tax difference under Sec. 1.6011-4(b)(6) an alternative procedure for disclosing the transaction. Disclosing under this alternative procedure is voluntary.
