Section 1018 of the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992 requires home sellers and landlords to disclosure known information on lead-base paint and lead-paint hazardous before selling pre-1978 housing, and directs EPA and HUD to issue joint regulations to require this disclosure. This ICR covers both the EPA regulations at 40 CFR 745, Subpart F and the HUD regulations at 24 CFR 35, Subpart H.
