Abstract: The Commission has revised 47 CFR Section 25.701 of the rules to incorporate and clarify political broadcasting and children's programming commercial limit obligations on DBS service providers. In so doing, the Order of Reconsideration enacts certain recordkeeping and reporting requirements on these licensees.
