The CDC funds Capacity Building Assistance (CBA) providers to deliver HIV Prevention CBA to community based organizations and health departments that serve racial/ethnic minority populations. Funding or CBA providers is through CDC cooperative agreement number 04019. Quality assurance and monitoring of program activities requires CDC to have current information regarding the progress of activities and services supported through this cooperative agreement. CBA providers will be required to submit Trimester Progress reports to CDC to effectively monitor and assess the performance of CBA....
