Approved consistent with SAMHSA's response to previous OMB Terms of Clearance. SAMHSA will provide a report to OMB by October 2005 addressing recruitment of comparison groups. Having waived the 60 day requirement for the current revision request, following an initial one year approval, OMB is approving this information collection for two years rather than the requested three.
