Approved consistent with SAMHSA's response to previous OMB Terms of Clearance. SAMHSA will provide a report to OMB by October 2005 addressing recruitment of comparison groups. Specifically, SAMHSA should address the number of individuals recruited, define portals of entry, and address the resources available to the comparison arm of the study. Having waived the 60 day requirement for the current revision request, following an initial one year approval, OMB is approving this information collection for two years rather than the requested three.
