SAMHSA collaborates with Scholastic Inc in the distribution to fifth grade classes across the country of an annual supplement Reach Out Now: Talk to Your Fifth Grader About Underage Alcohol Use. In 2004, for the first time, SAMHSA sponsored a Teach-In Initiative that builds upon the highly successful effort, Leadership to Keep Children Alcohol Free, which focuses on preventing alcohol use among children ages 9 to 15, which is sponsored by current and pass Governors' spouses. SAMHSA has developed a Feedback Form to be completed by all organizations that participate in the Teach-In to obtain.....
