The Learn and Serve America Program
and Performance Reporting System is the primary reporting mechanism
for organizations receiving Learn and Serve America funds. The
system includes two forms. The annual Program and Performance
Measurement Report will be used by Corporation grantees and
subgrantees (approximately 2500 State Education Agencies, higher
education institutions, national nonprofit agencies, schools and
school districts, and local community-based organizations) to
provide basic data on program participants, institutional supports,
and program outcomes. The Learn and Serve America
