Abstract: The proposed information collection will use a semi-structured, flexible, open-ended, qualitative telephone interview guide to learn from the principal investigators (PI) funded through the first round of CDC's Extramural Prevention Research Program (EPRP): 1) how CDC can best support community-based and participatory research, and 2) how CDC can best support and participate in the dissemination and translation of their research findings.
