Abstract: A sample of health and science reporters will be surveyed about their backgrounds, knowledge, attitudes and barriers they face in reporting stories on cancer, occupational practices, and the organizational and environmental context in which they work in order to develop initiatives that will improve the news media reporting of health in general and cancer in particular.
