Abstract: FIFRA requires producers of pesticides to maintain certain records related to their production of pesticides and other operations. EPA may inspect those records to help determine producers' compliance with other provisions of the Act. Pro- ducers may use the same records to help fulfill certain reporting requirements under FIFRA.
