OMB approval is
given to not display the expiration date on the form associated
with this collection. FCC should continue to coordinate this
collection with the Department of Education and the Department of
Justice, consistent with the terms of clearance of 3/24/03. In
addition, the forms associated with this collection should not use
the term "kickback", but should replace it with the phrase
"undisclosed returns of money upon a program or contract payment,
paid to gain the favor of the paying party" (or the equivalent).
FCC should also continue working on the E-rate infrastructure, to
allow for electronic submission of an FRN number concurrent with
form submission.
