OMB approves
this collection for three years. It is OMB's understanding that the
significant drop in burden hours in this collection is due to a
reduction in the number of complex merger applications processed by
FERC. However, should the agency receive a complex merger
application in the next three years, the agency shall submit a
change worksheet to OMB reflecting the additional burden.
