Abstract: 40 CFR Part 8 specifies procedures that must be followed by per- sons organizing nongovernmental expeditions and elements rele- vant to environmental documentation of the evaluation, and pro- cedures for submitting environmental documents to allow EPA to review whether the evaluation meets the obligations set forth in the regulations and the requirements of Annex I of the Protocol on Environmental Protection to the Antarctic Treaty.
