Abstract: Section 706 of the MMA added Section 1861(aaa) to the Act to expand the term "home health agency" to include a religious nonmedical health care institution (RNHCI). This is a time-limited benefit that may not be made after December 31,2006. This collection is the requirement which interested RNHCI providers should use if they chose to participate.
