In accordance
with 5 CFR 1320, the information collections is approved for three
years. As described in the agency request, the agency should submit
the questionnaires used once they are finalized. They may do this
in batch form through the use of an 83-C. Should the agency find,
as they implement the surveys, the burden hours specified in their
request require adjustment, they should include this request for
adjustment on the 83-C.

There is a clear need to measure user
satisfaction with NAL Internet sites in order for NAL to comply
with Executive Order 12862, to provide information dissemination.
This project aims to evaluate user satisfaction with the content
and usefulness of Web-based delivery methods.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
