The FCC 305 will collect the information required to evaluate a proposed assignee's qualifications to become a Commission MDS licensee. The data will be used by FCC staff to determine if the applicant is qualified to become a Commission licensee or permittee and to carry out the statutory provisions of Section 301(d) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended.
