Section 76.1700 requires cable television systems having 1,000 or more subscribers to maintain a public inspection file of certain records. Section 1703 requires that cable operators airing children's programming must maintain records sufficient to verify compliance with Section 76.225 and make records available to the public. Section 76.1704 requires the proof of performance test required by Section 76.601 shall be maintained on file at the operator's local business for at least five years.
