Abstract: DOL seeks to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of its compliance assistance strategies and tools in changing behavior of workers, employers and other stakeholders (i.e. trade associations). DOL proposes to measure self-reported changes in behavior through surveys that will provide feedback on a variety of approaches and tools currently used by agencies. Feedback will improve the quality and delivery of compliance assistance tools and services.
