Abstract: These standards apply to each municipal waste combustor (MWC) unit with a capacity greater than 250 tons per day of municipal solid waste which commended construction, modification or reconstruction after December 20, 1989. MWCs are required to keep records and periiodically report their compliance status. Information required by the NSPS is necessary to ensure that emission standards are attained and that MWC's are properly operated and maintained.
