Public facilities that provide STD care services will be surveyed to determine the number and location of public STD clinics and the services provided. Clinic information can be used to supplement the referral database for the CDC National STD and AIDS Hotline, assist the STD clinics in networking with one another, and provide professionals working with STDs a more accurate picture of the clinics and the communities they serve.
