Terms of Clearance: The agency is instructed to properly complete Part B of the Supporting Statement and, particularly, provide information about the population universe, the sampling frame (if not all clients receive a survey), the expected response rate for the survey, and the analytical techniques and procedures that will be used to evaluate nonresponse bias, and any stratification that will be used to analyze results. Without proper documentation, OMB cannot approved any survey that will not produce results generalizable to the population universe. The agency may resubmit this ICR to OMB for review without additional public comment.

Abstract: This survey was designed to gather pertinent information from the U.S. Commercial Service client base, about their satisfaction with our services, in a centralized and streamlined mannner. The survey asks clients who have been counseled by U.S. Commercial Service trade specialists whether they are satified. Answers will help the organization improve its trade counseling services.
