In rm05-6-000, FERC is amending its regulations to clarify the timeframes within which individuals must file applications for authorization to hold interlocking positions. Specifically, the FERC is proposing to add a requirement that persons state the dates they assumed the positions for which they seek automatic authorization under section 45.9 of FERC's regulations. This is to assist FERC in determining the timeliness of the informational report. Late-filed informational reports will mean the person will not be entitled to automatic authorizations.
