47 CFR Para.76.7 requires that
pleadings seeking to initiate FCC action must adhere to the
requirements of Section 76.6 and Section 76.7 Section 76.7 is used
for numberous types of petitions and special relief petitions,
including general petitions seeking special relief, waivers,
enforcement, show cause, fortieture and declaratory ruling
procedures. The proposed rule changes could expand use of the
Section 76.7 petition process in include the filing of complaints
under the Section 340, of the Act enforcement provisions. The other
