Abstract: FCC Form 315 and applicable exhibits/explanations are required to be filed when applying for transfer of control of an entity holding an AM, FM, or TV broadcast station construction permit or license. On September 3, 2004, the Court issued an order granting the petition for panel rehearing ("Rehearing Order"), allowing the above-referenced approved changes to the radio ownership rules to go intoeffect. thus partially lifting the stay. As a result of the September 3, 2004 Rehearing Order, the new rules regarding the ownership of radio stations in a local market took effect. The other new ownership rules remain....
